Demetrius joins HK with 11 years of experience and a master’s degree from Georgia Tech in Building Construction and Facility Management, focused in Program Management. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and remains a devoted Vols fan. His strengths span residential, commercial, education, hospitality, multi-family, and workplace projects, where his technical knowledge and problem-solving mindset really shine.

Demetrius is driven to make a positive impact in his community and inspire younger generations to pursue design. His strong work ethic is rooted in his love for his family and his desire to set an example they can be proud of. Outside the office, he spends his free time tackling DIY projects, catching sports highlights, traveling, and, most importantly, spending time with his family. His favorite animal being a lion, matches his traits of being strong, loyal, and protective (but a dragon is close second).
