James is a graduate of Louisiana State University (including one year at the Washington-Alexandria Architecture Center) where he received his Bachelor of Architecture. When it comes to architecture, James's passion lies in residential design, especially unique, custom single-family homes that connect closely to the surrounding natural environment. He also enjoys the building science and code compliance aspects of large multi-family housing projects. Moving from the bayou lands of Louisiana to the mountains of Chattanooga, James fell in love with hiking and rock climbing. He brings his appreciation of the outdoors and sustainable design to every project.
