This project involved a mix of custom residential and dense housing development. The owner tasked us with maximizing dwelling units per acre, which meant utilizing an unused alley to create pedestrian access to the main two streets of the corner lot. The four-story corner building contains a two-story condominium with a rooftop deck and pool. The structure has a double cantilever on two opposite corners, allowing for a three car garage.
The project was divided into three buildings, yielding a total of 12 dwelling units with a commercial and garage space on the first floor of the corner building. The units are townhouse style, multifamily buildings.
