VENUE 1921
The City of East Ridge envisioned a gathering space on its City Hall campus that would serve residents and the surrounding community. Venue 1921 fulfills that vision by providing a flexible destination that supports both civic life and revenue generation for the City. Designed to host public events such as farmers markets and municipal receptions, as well as private rentals, the facility accommodates up to 500 guests indoors and offers generous outdoor event areas. Two green rooms for bridal parties or performers, administrative offices for staff, and a full-service catering kitchen support a wide range of event and operational needs while strengthening the City Hall campus as a central hub for connection and celebration.
Expansive glazing brings abundant natural light into the main event space and allows interior activity to be visible from the exterior, reinforcing the building’s civic presence. Large glass garage doors create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas, allowing the event hall to open fully to the surrounding grounds and extending the usable space for gatherings.
